We are looking for a person to fill the position of Support Manager/Customer service. This is a full time remote job with the working hours based on US markets schedule.
Responsibilities:
-Technical support via Ticket System, Email, Skype, Incoming calls
-Risk management on Takion and Sterling Trader Pro managers
What we are looking for:
-Fluent English
-Online trading experience
Takion and Sterling Trader Pro expertise would be an advantage
